Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of Covid-19, classes are delayed until further notice
Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is today practiced around the world as a health-promoting exercise.
Regular Tai Chi classes have returned to the Tin led by Patrick.
