Samavayo have been a trio since 2013.

All three band members of Samavayo grew up in East-Berlin, in the neighbourhoods Lichtenberg and Friedrichshain. As a 10 year old kid, the singer fled as a political refugee from his home country of Iran to Berlin, Germany. The brothers Andreas and Stephan grew up in East-Berlin.

After the fall of the Berlin Wall, the city was open, letting in cultural influences from any foreign country. The capital city became a multi-cultural melting pot where a singer from Teheran and two brothers from Berlin started making music. 600 live shows in Europe and overseas followed, including gigs in Brazil, Albania, Greece, Croatia and France.

Minor Slip is the Felte debut from Shaki Tavi, the main project of Oklahoma-born, LA-based DIY lifer Leon Manson and a cadre of friends and commiserators. Through layered squalls of fuzzed-out guitars and overdriven drums, deceptively beautiful pop hooks emerge, illuminated by Manson’s weathered, harmonized baritone and knack for inventive structures. Tracing the record’s origins to a phase of burnout and disillusionment, he recalls, “I started just sitting down with some minimal effects and gear, playing riffs, and asking myself, ‘What if it could be fun? What if it could be for me?’” The result is powerful, vulnerable, catchy, and uncommonly genuine, an eruption of creative force from the child of rock musicians, whose passion and drive emerged as a small town outsider, and strengthened amid the artifice and fend-for yourself reality of LA.

Pictish Trail, AKA Johnny Lynch, has just completed work on a brand-new album – LIFE SLIME – a sticky, shimmering swirl of sound and ooze (both metaphorical and literal). To celebrate, he returns to the stage in 2026 accompanied by his full live band. The album’s gloriously gooey title track also earned Lynch a Guinness World Records title for “Most Slime in a Music Video”, after 200 litres of slime were poured over his head during filming. These shows bring the new songs to life in bold, expansive form – rhythmic, euphoric and immersive, balancing motorik pulse with warped pop melody and raw emotional release. Expect tenderness, weirdness, and a lingering trail of ooze…

Based on the Isle of Eigg in the Scottish Hebrides, Pictish Trail is known for his wildly inventive electro-acoustic psych-pop. His 2022 album Island Family, his third for London’s Fire Records, drew acclaim from The Observer, The Times, Mojo, Uncut, Loud & Quiet, and BBC 6 Music. It was followed in autumn 2024 by Follow Footsteps – an EP of reworked Island Family tracks released via his own Lost Map Records, in conjunction with Fire. Recasting the euphoric-bucolic psychedelia of ‘Island Family’, ‘Melody Something’ and ‘Nuclear Sunflower Swamp’ through a softer filter – and complemented by a pair of incidental instrumentals – Lynch discovered delicately kaleidoscopic new resonance in the material.

Pictish Trail’s earlier albums Secret Soundz Vols. 1 & 2 (2008/2013) were gloriously eclectic slices of lo-fi folk-pop, later reissued on deluxe double-vinyl by Moshi Moshi in 2014. His third album Future Echoes (2016) received widespread acclaim and was shortlisted for the Scottish Album of the Year (SAY Award), winning the public vote, before being reissued by Fire in 2018. His fourth album, Thumb World, was released by Fire in 2020.

Pictish Trail has toured the world as both headliner and support for the likes of Belle & Sebastian, Pavement, Mogwai, Sea Power, and KT Tunstall. He’s performed at major festivals including Glastonbury (Park Stage), Field Day, Camp Bestival, Deer Shed, Celtic Connections, Blue Dot, the Edinburgh Fringe, and every single edition of Green Man Festival (23 and counting).

Outside his own music, Johnny is a key figure in the UK’s independent music scene. Through Lost Map Records, he has championed a diverse and idiosyncratic roster – helping to elevate artists such as Rozi Plain, Alabaster dePlume, Seamus Fogarty, Bas Jan, Callum Easter, and Free Love.

SATSANGI

Satsangi are a British indie-rock band based in the Midlands, celebrated for blending Eastern musical influences with art school punk and tripped-out psych. Satsangi first achieved international recognition when their single Iodine garnered the attention of the Asian Underground’s Steve Chandra Savale (Asian Dub Foundation) and Talvin Singh. Their music has been reviewed and featured in publications such as MOJO and Rolling Stone Magazine. This year Satsangi have released their latest album ‘Year of the Pig’.

With a reputation for raucous and intense live shows, Satsangi have gigged extensively in London and throughout the UK and have been invited to support touring artists such as The Kills, The Dandy Warhols, Dirty Sound Magnet, The Primitives and many others. Festivals played include Cornbury, Equinox, Greenbelt, and Wychwood and the band has gigged internationally, touring to Africa (Zambia).

Satsangi’s Year of the Pig, spins round and round with its rock-psych vibes and post-punk sentiment battling it out on vinyl. Come rock ‘n’ roll around in the mud…get covered in soundscapes and filthy guitars.

SUPERHOOCH

Over the last decade, Superhooch have established themselves as one of Coventry’s most distinctive rock bands.

Often described as the city’s “psychedelic pirates,” they combine hard rock, garage rock and psychedelia with thunderous riffs and adventurous songwriting with a punk spirit; creating a sound that’s unmistakably their own.

Formed by seasoned, battle-worn Coventry musicians, Superhooch have earned a reputation for powerful and intense live shows where moody grooves, infectious melodies and darkly alluring and bizarre storytelling collide.

Fiercely dedicated to their craft but never anchored by self-importance, they wear their swagger lightly, flying the flag for honest, working-class rock ‘n’ roll with “tongue-in-toothache” wit, grit and conviction.

Their three independently released albums trace an ever-evolving musical journey: from the raw, lo-fi chaos of “Look Out!” (2018), through the unhinged heaviness of “Red Jacket” (2020), to the cinematic ambition of the self-produced

“Gallons of Gold” (2025) — a record described as the soundtrack to a spaghetti western that was never made.

Unconcerned with trends or fitting neatly into one genre, Superhooch have always preferred to sail against the tide. Bold, uncompromising and impossible to pigeonhole, they continue to carve out their own corner of the rock and roll underground—on their own terms.
