With their 11-piece band, The Unthanks mark the Autumn release of their new album, Sorrows Away. The Unthanks have been described as “a take on tradition that flips so effortlessly between jazz, classical, ambient and post-rock, it makes any attempt to put a label on them a waste of time”.
Choose between 3pm and 7.30pm performances.
These shows are in place of the cancelled Warwick Arts Centre show.
If you had a Warwick Arts Centre ticket, it is not valid for this show. Your ticket for that is being reimbursed. You need to buy a new (and cheaper!) ticket for a Drapers Hall show!
Please support these shows! It is a big risk for us to put on events with less than a week to go, and we’ve worked hard to make sure that despite Warwick Arts Centre’s cancellation, we don’t let the West Midlands down!
Drapers Hall is a newly-restored Regency building in the heart of historic Coventry, and part of Coventry Music Service. A great, very atmospheric venue full of heritage, and an opportunity to see the full band at very close quarters!
