We are bringing Courtesy Group back to Coventry for Creature Lab’s 5th Christmas gig, with support from CLR stalwarts Gunther Prague and Fütumche!

Birmingham’s own tunemongering grinesters, survive against fashion, mediocrity, systematic dullness and impossible odds. Their long awaited second album “Second City Liquor” was released over the summer, attracting the attention of Stuart Maconie’s on his Freak Zone programme. Those of you who caught TCG’s previous show for us will know why we are so excited to bring them back.

Gunther Prague
Like Minutemen playing metal or Cardiacs vs. Shellac, GUNTHER PRAGUE’s stated aim is “writing and recording more music than could ever make any sense”. In October 2018 they released their second full length album “Capital Rats”, recorded in Chicago with with the legendary Steve Albini of Shellac / Big Black.
