|| POSTPONED ||- Thanks to those of you who have submitted to our Open Screen in December but we are sorry to say that we are postponing this event until next year. We have been busy forward planning and feel that we can do this better with more time. We’ll let you know when we reschedule but in the mean time please get in touch with ideas of what you would like to see happen at 2019 events. Thanks GiA

 

Girl in the Armchair Open Screen event welcomes female filmmakers or those who relate to having a marginalised identity to screen their shorts or a scene from a feature. Film fans are also welcome to screen their favourite short or a scene from a feature by a female filmmaker. We aim to celebrate female directors, producers, cinematographers, writers or any other lead area in the industry.
