ICHI, from Japan, takes the notion of one-man-band to new limits combining handmade instrument inventions with steel-drum, ping-pong balls & tape-loops.
ICHI will be performing an original set of music of which simple concepts and playful presentation have universal appeal. His single GO GAGAMBO has received airplay on BBC RADIO 1, BBC 6 MUSIC, XFM, AMAZING RADIO, RESONANCE FM and BBC RADIO 3s LATE JUNCTION.
