Education & Bass is an event that combines music and arts education with live performances. Workshops, seminars, guest lecturers, Q&A and no rules electronic music are the foundation of this unique concept, all delivered and performed by active respected international industry specialists and college/university lecturers.
7.30pm-9pm – seminar
9pm-2am – DJ and live sets
Education & Bass started in London in May 2016 at 93ft East, Brick Lane and now runs on the first Friday of every month at Cafe 1001, also in Brick Lane, London. Education & Bass is currently on a world tour, taking the concept in to clubs and education establishments around the world. Education & Bass is fast becoming an internationally recognised brand, curated by Nomine aka Outrage (Tempa, Metalheadz, Rinse FM), an international DJ/Producer/record label owner of 20 years and now a University Lecturer with a Masters in Advanced Music Technology; all with the support of the underground electronic music scene, teaching colleagues and industry peers.
