MOUSES

Mouses are guitarist and vocalist Steven Bardgett and drummer Nathan Duff, a lo-fi garage rock duo from Billingham renowned for their raw and energetic live performances and a tendency for gig induced self-destruction. Formed in early 2014, they have built a growing reputation for their unique sound, combining surrealist lyrics and playful melodies in a whirlpool of fuzzed-out, frenetic punk rock.

As heard on BBC Radio 1 (featured as Huw Stephen’s ‘Tip Of The Week’), BBC Radio 6, BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio; Mouses have burst onto the scene with festival appearances at Reading and Leeds, Liverpool Sound City, The Great Escape, Evolution Emerging, Twisterella, Stockton Calling and Olgas Rock Festival in Germany. They released their highly anticipated debut album, ‘The Mouses Album’, on 23rd September.

NIM CHIMPSKY

Coventry stalwarts, Nim Chimpsky bring music that moves the head, the hips and the heart. Acerbic lyrics mingle with indie pop riffs, full-bodied chords and constantly evolving bass lines to provide the thinking person’s disco experience.

DUCK

Northern three-piece Duck come fresh off the back of their own EP launch, bringing wonky synth and guitar noisepop from Sheffield/Leeds. With grinding bass lines, soaring synth and swooping vocals they create something beautiful in the darkest places.

MOONBEARS

Coventry faves Moonbears breathe life into everything they touch. A sonic party for the soul, beaming into your life a lush lunar magic that leaves you giddy, high, and defiantly ON YOUR UPPERS. A 4-piece playing as one. Mixing a pure pop sensibility, an other worldly acid folk disquiet and an almost jazz-sense of cool and a sound entirely their own, Moonbears direct their music at the feet, heart and head with the simple intent to make you dance and sing.
