Education is at the heart of The Tin’s objectives, we have launched and been part of several successful programmes, including The Big Music Project and Changing Trax. These programmes have helped young individuals with their interests in music, providing them with industry advice and training.
We have been involved and hosted a range of events and activities to support our local community. From film nights, to cultural festivals, to networking events, children’s gigs we have varied activities at The Tin:
We host a regular short-film night, Roots to Shoots, a not for profit film night that promotes film making and creative talent.
At The Tin, we like to encourage engagement with music and arts from a young age, we often programme gigs for a younger audience with our series of My First Gigs.
